Jeff was a mentor to me and always believed in me. I loved our chats in the faculty work room before anyone else was on campus. Those moments allowed us to talk about teaching, students, and life and also gave him time to give me advice, which I have passed along to other faculty over the course of my career. He was a caring and great educator, and I've missed his presence since he left Skyline.

Dear Ginne, I am so very sorry to hear it. Jeff was indeed eccentric (in a good way) and had a lasting impact on his students (some who are now colleagues). My deepest condolences to you and your family.

I still remember the time as Jeff's student at Skyline College. He made a huge impact in my academic life. I was very fortunate to have him as my professor and friend. You will be missed.
