Remembering Jeff today on the anniversary of his passing. My first memories of him were from hanging out with the Roricks, and Jeff bringing Jayd to the house for my mom's amazing Sunday dinners. A particularly fond memory that really showed his sensitive side, was the time we were in the Twin Creeks Tavern in Luther, MI., and Jeff said to me how much he enjoyed my parents. I will miss Jeffs desire to always hang out with friends. He would always thank me for coming.

He was one one the most genuine people I ever met

We both had colon cancer around the same time. We would discuss in detail about our treatment and how to get through it.

What impressed me the most was his relationship with God. Sunday was his quiet day to sit around and read the bible.

This is sad to hear of Jeff's passing. I grew up in a house very near his home on the East side. Jeff was always a pleasant, nice guy. Prayers for his family during this difficult time.

You were the "Best". Will miss you so much. A kind heart and a real friend of so many.
