Not sure what to say?

To Jeff's family,
I met Jeff at the NRC about 20 years ago. We often had lunch and I had the pleasure of being gifted with several of Jeff's colorful "women series" illustrations. A number of years ago, I also purchased from Jeff a wonderful photograph he took of Times Square which hangs near my front door. At my NRC retirement reception last Sept. Jeff gave a spontaneous talk which was so thoughtful. Jeff and I had lunch a few weeks before he passed away at PF Changs. It was a typical...

The large turnout of NRC staff, along with so many other individuals, at Jeff's funeral, and the remarks of the speakers eulogizing Jeff in all his uniqueness, paid tribute to the inspirational person that Jeff was, in the way he lived his life. In addition to the other ways people have mentioned, he was also an enthusiastic participant in exercise at the NRC Fitness Center, where he and I would exchange jokes and information. The way Jeff fought to cope with life set a powerful example for...

I didn't know Jeff personally but often would see him walking from the Metro station. He seemed to be a very dedicated employee and very well liked.

To the Wolman family, I'm so sorry for your loss. God is taking real good care of him now. I will keep you in my prayers.

Traci Kime, Thurmont, MD

Jeff will truly be missed by the NRC Mailroom Staff. He keep us laughing with his silly jokes. Jeff is in a better place with our father God. We will keep praying for the Wolman's family. May God Bless You All.

We were very saddened to hear the news about Jeffrey's passing. It tickled him to know that I rode a motorcycle and he would laugh and shake his head each time we ran into each other; we shared information about movies, as well. We will always remember our co-worker as a very friendly, outgoing and talented man. May he live on forever in our memories.

I have known Jeff from my very first days with the NRC some 25+ years ago. We loved to talk about New York and all the great things the City had to offer. I will miss Jeff, the love and friendship he spread across the Agency as he supported NRC's mission.

Jeff, it's been over 40 yrs ago when we first met at the Willste Bldg in Silver Spring, MD. You will always live in the hearts of all who have known you, as you were a good friend. I cherish your artwork that I have and remember your excitement each time you created a new artwork, even the designs on the stockings that I wore! I was honored when you invited me to attend your art display years ago at a restaurant in Bethesda to see everything I saw created all in one room. I always enjoyed...

Jeff's death is a real shock, and my deepest sympathy goes to his loving family. Jeff was a uniquely warm and intuitive person who lived with real passion. Three days before his death, he sent me a beautiful picture from his Paris trip with this message, "hi vicky how is your new job going do you like it i am good going to the big apple in two weeks can/t wait i am going to see 1 musical and 5 art show one is a matisse show...." This is very comforting to read - capturing Jeff's...

My deepest sympathy to Jeff's family and many friends. I was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of such a true and loving friend. I've known Jeff since my start here at the NRC (September 1981). Jeff has been my friend from the first day we met. He was such an inspiration to me and many others. He taught me that you can basically do anything you put your mind to, regardless of any challenges. I loved hearing about his new adventures, his photography, trips, paintings, concerts,...
