Jeffrey Zweig

Jeff was my stepdad and I'm typing this the day after he would've turned 65. There are some things I never got to tell you directly while you were still here. Those things can be summed up by 2 words: thank you. Thank you for being part of our lives. If stepkids are part of my future, I want to be the kind of stepdad you were.

To Jeff's Family and friends: I am so sorry for your loss. I took a yoga class from him years ago. He was a gentle soul. My deepest condolences.

Will always remember Jeff very fondly when he was my first yoga teatcher at D uncaster.Peace be wih him.

Jeff quietly arrived in my life and my mom's life as we began a new adventure together - chair yoga at the senior center. He provided us a great opportunity to bond together in a social and meditative way. My (almost) 92 year old mom to appreciated this new approach to exercise by someone who loved the craft. We had hoped when his website was updated that he might make a guest appearance at our class. We will just have to keep those good memories. Best to his family.

I was deeply saddened to hear that Jeff passed away. I first met Jeff in 1981, when I was 12 years old and he would have been about 24. We met through Chuck Schuster, who was rooming at the time in the home of my mom and step-father on 75 Bloomfield Avenue in West Hartford. At some point, probably in 1982, Chuck moved out and Jeff moved in, after which we spent a lot of time together. I have many found memories, from going to movies together to sneaking into bars underage to watch Jeff play...
