In the late 1950s, Paul and Doris Vanden Bosch and their family moved next door to me on Aberdeen St NE in Grand Rapids. Jelane would come over into my yard occasionally. She always had a smile on her face; she was a very sweet little girl. The family moved after a few years and I didn't see them again.
