Dr. Bill,
I'm sorry to learn of Janie's passing. I enjoyed her company all the times she spent at WVEC with you when I was a producer. She was a very kind and wonderful lady.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dearest Whitehurst Family,
Please know that my thoughts and prayers have been with you this week. It has been a blessing to have had my life cross paths with yours over the years and I especially treasure my memories of Janie's warmth. Please know that there are many who will miss her and treasure her memory along with you, her family. May God bless and comfort you now and always.
With deepest affection,

Dr. Bill,

I am sorry to hear of Lady Jane's passing. I always enjoyed seeing you two together at the ODU games and how much you both adored each other. My prayers are with you and your family and you grieve during this difficult time.

Dear Dr. Bill: My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I will miss Janie's hug every Sunday.

Dr. Whitehurst, what a great and wonderful full life Janie lived. Her life is trully an inspiration to so many young people. She lived her life by example and in doing so inspired all of us to get more involved in life. Such an easy person to talk to and she always knew everyone's name. When both of you would come into Baker's Crust we as waitstaff would fight over who got to wait on both of you. We all love you and have such a great respect for you and your wife and she will be so incredibly...

Dear Dr. Bill,

My heart is broken for you and I am so sorry for the loss of Lady Jane. She was a joy to spend time with and a beautiful example of a Godly woman. You are in our prayers...

With much love,

John and Lauren Casper

Dr. Bill,

I'm sorry to hear about Lady Jane's passing and hope you are doing okay. I am going to miss being her tech support for the laptop and the Beetle. I am also going to miss having her as a pen pal.

Both you and her are in the family's thoughts. We want you to know you can call on us anytime if you ever need to.
