To the whole Fratti family- I read of mother's death today in the digital paper. Her name and the Fratti name brought back memories of our time together in Hershey. What a wonderful life mother lived to 98 if my math is still good. Think of your family as I ride down Cedar Ave. toward my "old home" which is now a brand new place for someone else to live in. ceHope their time there is not like my time with the flooding.
