Not sure what to say?

Dear Jennie: You are always missed and loved by us. Al is with you now also, listening to the stories youalways told us. Love to you. Take good care of my husband for me.

Our Dearest Jennie: We want to wish you a final fond farewell. You will always be in our hearts. You gave us such joy in those lovely days in Florida and Chicago. How many wonderful stories and laughs and what great food we had. Until we meet once again. I'm sure you are having a wonderful time with all those who went before you and Kay is with you now also. Love to you, Diane and Al Sofiakis

I was just thinking about your mom and looked her up to see if she had been in for testing. I saw her name here and I am really sorry. She was such a nice lady and we would talk about cooking and her family when she had her appointments. I really will miss her.

My Deepest sympathy goes out to the Lepore Family. Jennie was like a mother to me. She was a very giving person. She always wanted to make you feel at home. I always felt very comfortable with her. She will be missed very much. I'm sure she is at peace in heaven. May God grant her eternal rest.

Dear Camille and the family of Jennie: Please accept our most heartfelt condolences on the loss of the lovely Jennie. She was the best of ladies, we so enjoyed her company, and her cooking and her stories. It was an honor and a privilege to have had her in our lives. I'm so sorry I didn't get the opportunity to speak with her since last year. She was a very, very special person and shall be missed by many. My heart goes out to you in your time of sorrow and always. May her memory be...

My aunt Jenny will be dearly missed. She was the matriarch of the family. Under that tough exterior was a kind, gentle and compassionate woman. When she lived on the Southside, I remember the long conversations we would have as I delivered Western Avenue bread to her on Saturday mornings. She would toast the bread and load it up with “REAL” butter. Wow, it tasted great. As a little boy, I can never forget the ring bologna and Plochman's mustard at her house on Polk Street. It was only Bologna...

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help at this time.

What is the first thing that would come to your mind when Grama Jennie's name is said? To me, loving, caring, awesome cook, strong willed but most of all always knew how to make people smile and laugh. I remember the good times her and my Mom would have and how they would eat and laugh all day. When I would drop them off at church to meet the bus to go on their trips to the casino, they were like kids going to a candy store. Our trips to Caputo's so she could get her escarole and so many more...

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
