What a legacy of grit, determination and bravery she left behind! Jennifer was my pen pal before I ever met her in person. I was terrified of moving so far away from my family. But Jennifer was my liaison between the borders of Texas and Louisiana and MS and ALshe helped me feel welcomed and was true to all things southern hospitality was famous for.
