ELLIS, Jennifer Peggy (Jenny). - Passed away peacefully on October 11, 2012 in the presence of her loving family. Loved and loving partner of Ron McCauley. Loving Mother and Step-Mother of Suzanne and Andrew, Nathaniel and Ali, Robert, Cameron and Kelly, Mark and Sion, and Christopher. Much loved Grandmother to all her grandchildren. ELLIS, Jenny. - Long standing and much valued member of the Middleton Volunteer Fire Brigade. In her time with us she attended many fires. She held her own in a bloke's domain and did much to make it clear that women had an active role to play in the Brigade. Our sympathies to her partner, Ron McCauley, who was Brigade Chief during a critical period of its existence.
