I didn't know her well, but I worked with her in the Snohomish School District and I appreciate her service to education. She was enthusiastic and caring.

Dear Dr. and Mrs. Billington, and other family and friends of Ginny,

Just by reading this passage about Ginny's life, it is clear that to know her was to love her. She seems like the type of woman who is - in a nutshell - simply nice to be near. Intellectually bright, certainly, but in many other areas to boot.

As a Theta sister I extend my sympathy to Larry, Kendra and the rest of the family. Living overseas I missed contacts with Ginny until a Theta lunch in February 2010 when I was stateside. Ginny's gentleness came through at that lunch. You will miss her gentleness and joy. God bless you all. Elizabeth Mates

I feel very fortunate to have known Ginny. She was a kind thoughtful person that put everyone first before herself. She will be missed by all that knew her.
