Not sure what to say?

Hi there Skedros family, it's Paul Redondo here. I got the message from my dad that Jenny had passed and I wanted to express my sympathies to you guys during such a tough time. I have such great memories of the restaurant and Jenny with her way of exacting the best from us all who worked there is one of the things that has helped me become a better worker and a more diligent person in the things I've persued in life, business, school etc. My wife is a lot like her in that respect, she pushes...

Dear Skedros Family,
I am shocked and saddened to learn of Jenny's illness and passing. I was one of the fortunate many who learned from her instruction at the restaurant and even more fortunate to have experienced her amazing graciousness and hospitality in your home. I am thankful for those memories. "Mousiki!"

Best to all of you.
Craig

Dear Greg and Family,
Steve and I were very saddened to hear of Jenny's passing. Some of our fondest memories as a family and as a couple have been within the walls of the Mandarin. Your kindness and generosity to us as we have been your guests will remain with us always. As we return, we will celebrate Jenny's life, her accomplishments and her family.
We send our most sincere sympathy and prayers.
Sincerely,

Greg and Family:

Please accept our condolences at this time of loss. As a family you have made a wonderful contribution to the quality of life in our community. We honor and admire you, and wish you continued peace and happiness.

Dear Skedros Family

I love you all, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Greg I stoped by your home on halloween because I knew I would not be able to attend the viewing or funeral. I wanted to see you in person and express my love. I am grateful to you for all you taught me as a young man.

I wish you all (Greg, john, tyke, Katina, Angel)the best! I miss you all and am grateful for the opportunities you provided me.

Dear Greg/Family,

I am so sorry to hear of Jenny's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Dear Gregg and Angel and family,

I was so sorry to hear of Jenny's passing. I truly enjoyed my years of working at the Mandarin. She will be missed. I still have the kitchen utensil holder that she gave me for my wedding sitting on my kitchen counter and I think of her every time I grab a spatula! She taught us all to work a little harder, clean a little better, and to pay attention to details. And if we didn't get it right, she let us know! They are great memories!...

Dear Greg and Family,

I was very saddened to hear that you lost your Jenny but I was also warmed by the wonderful memories that she brings to mind. She was a strong and believing servant of God, and a unique and powerful example for us all. May her memories comfort you and strengthen you as you look ahead. And may the power of God's great love sustain you all.

We were very sorry to hear about Jenny's illness and death. We will always remember her generosity to Saint Sophia School.
