Rev JENSEN

I happened to be thinking about Br. Jensen today. Long after his passing. I graduated Power Memorial in 1977. He taught me Geometry and was my homeroom teacher Junior year. I joined the Brothers right after largely because of the impact and influence he had on my life. I stayed for about 20 years. When I made the decision to leave the Brothers he sent me a note - typical of him thanking me for my years of service and stating" you gave us and your students the best years of your life."...

Brother Jensen was my teacher and coach at Essex Catholic High School in the 1960´s. He was one of the finest men I´ve known. RIP Brother.

I was a student of Brother Jensen's at Power Memorial Academy in the early 1970's and say he was among the very finest of human beings I have had the honor and privilege of knowing in all if my now near 63 years.
Although it's been nearly 50 years since I've had any contact with him, he still comes to my mind when I consider those in my life who have had the most positive and profound influences on me.
May his dear soul rest in peace forever.
