I remember first meeting Jer he was so bubbly and full of energy. I never took my birthday as a big deal but after knowing me for a week he spent a whole day getting me a cake, getting balloons and making sure everyone knew it was my birthday. He truly wanted everyone to be happy and enjoy life to the fullest. When my depression got the best of me he was the one to pull me back and let me know everything would be ok.
