Not sure what to say?

Dear Nancy

I've been trying to reach you and only just came across this during my search. I am so very sorry to read this news. Jerry was a lovely bloke and loved you so much. You must be devastated. Sending huge hugs and I will send you a card via snail mail in the hope you're still in Inverness. I'm moving back to Canada in May with my husband and hope to meet up with you once we're on the same continent.

Is there a particular charity you'd like me to donate to in Jerry's...

When I was a kid my Aunt Nancy would have me come up and stay with her and Uncle Jerry in Long Island. With them I saw the statue of Liberty , the top of the World trade center, rode a subway I could go on truly some of my happiest childhood memories. I adored him and he was always kind to me. I will never forget him.

I recently found out that Jerry (my father) passed away 2 years ago. I reopened this guest book to read comments written about my father, and wanted to thank every one who shared their memories about him. [email protected] Thank you, Michelle Price

I was saddened to hear of your loss Nancy.

In the mid eighties I joined Jerry to gain an understanding of the engineering innovations that were employed on the Long Island and Boston's CATV networks that could possibly be adopted or modified for the UK. I was also grateful for the time he spent driving me around the various districts in New York including Chinatown, Harlem, The Bronx and the New Jersey Turnpike where Simon and Garfunkel counted the cars in their song, America. I had...

Although I didn't see him much over the past several years, I have many fond memories of my Uncle Jerry as a kid....my thoughts and prayers are with Aunt Nancy and the rest of Jerry's family and friends....take care, Beth Anne

Jerry was one of the brighest individuals I have ever met. His depth of understanding on any subject always amazed me. He was a friend to all he met and someone you could always count on. I am sure the Lord welcomed him with opened arms. Dean Taylor

Nancy, So sorry to hear about my friend Jerry. We are having our 2nd annual Jerrold Dinosaur reunion on June 8th. and I will be sure to say a few words about Jerry.

Jerry Crusan was from the earlier "true" friend patterns seldom seen today. Good at everything he touched, he not only helped put the US SCTE on solid ground but went on to help the UK SCTE with its programmes. I remember once when he took a group of us fellow cable guys out on a fishing trip off Montauk, we caught a Tuna so large that we fought all day to bring it in and so large that the captain of the boat traded us the whole trip in exchange for the Tuna. His life was so full of gusto...

Dear Nancy

I was saddened to hear of Jerry's passing. I do not know if you remember me, but Roy Tartaglia and I visited with you and Jerry one afternoon at your home in England. Jerry was kind enough to offer some insight with our Cable opportunity in Brighton. Over the years Jerry often provided considerations to us and we are forever grateful. He was a wonderful guy and a great friend.
