I loved having Mr. Day for a teacher at Michigan Center . One of the most mellow and thoughtful teachers one could have . He would start class by saying " Those of you who want to learn something , sit in the front of the class " " Those of you who have no interest in learning , sit in the back of the class ". Mr. Day was a hippie and a educator all rolled up into one . Even his house was purple , and you can't get more " hippie " than that ! RIP Mr. Day , and thank you for getting me...
