I met Jerry in the mid 70'S. He was the same guy back then as he was when he died. I never saw him without a smile and a quick come back to a remark. A couple years ago while shopping I ran into him at Safeway looking for toilet paper because of the shortage. He couldn't find any and as I had extra at home I took some over to his house. When he got home he called me and thanked me saying "I will return it as soon as we are done with it!" Thats the Jerry I will miss and remember. Rest in peace...

I was so sorry to read about the passing of Jerry. Shellee and girls, I remember so many years ago when he was just beginning his career in law enforcement. Shellee I remember us sitting on your sofa talking with him about his future. He was a wonderful officer, a great guy, and I know you are very very proud. I am sure all your hearts are broken losing him. My love and prayers surround as you mourn. I'm so very sorry.

I am sorry to hear and read about Jerry. I went to school with him and we did chum around quite a bit. I sure do remember the 1959 Plymouth he had. Rest in peace, my brother. Greg
