Not sure what to say?

I was a Trouble teen back in 1983, lived in Custer street and MR Driscoll talk to me in various ocassions.. got me into playing basketbal with a bunch of others kids.. he was definitely a Great man.. kind person and wonderful human being Im 52 now.. he definitely made a difference in my Life..

Mr. Driscoll was such great person. To Mrs. Driscoll, Greg and Barb I am so sorry to you all. Prayers to the entire family.

My deepest sympathy to the entire Driscoll family. Jerry was the first coach I ever had ......always upbeat and he had the ability to instill confidence in each of his players. Several years ago he was selected to enter the New Canaan High School Athletic Hall of Fame but respectfully declined because he felt others were more deserving. A true gentlemen who had a lasting impression on those who new him.

Mr. Driscoll was a wonderful teacher. I had him for homeroom at Dolan Junior high. I have gone on to earn 5 college degrees and he pointed the way...rest in peace Mr. Driscoll...

he was my teacher at Dolan middle school. Remember him well. May he Rest In Peace knowing we all thought the world of him.

I was very sad to read of Mr. Driscoll's passing. He was a terrific teacher when I attended Ripppowam High School, graduating class of 1967. Always a smile and one of the most well respected teachers ever. Prayers to the family. RIP Mr. Driscoll.

So saddened to read about Jerry. He was a family friend going back to days at Scofield Beach. I had the pleasure of working under him at Cloonan where he had a great rapport with staff and students. Such a wonderful sense of humor. He dedicated himself to the the Stamford School system.

I had him in school. He was such a good teacher. He was one you remembered.

Driscoll Family:

Mr. "D" was one of those teachers who never left you. It's been more than sixty years and I can still hear is voice. He was Intimidating and beloved at the same time. A generation of young men and women are far better for having known and been taught by him. Rest in peace.
