Not sure what to say?

My first Post doc was with Jerry 1973-1975. What a great/enthusiastic mentor and kind human! He let me teach part time and write my first grant (with his help and I got it). I also had a baby during the post doc. "Baby" is 50 this year! My best regards to his family whom he talked about almost as much as he talked about proteoglycans. Hynda K. Kleinman

What a wonderful man and a wonderful family. He gave me my first job out of college - in a lab in downtown Boston in 1977 - a joy for a young 22 y.o. newbie to the field of science. I will never forget those 2 years. Jerry made us all feel like family. My condolences to Cynthia, David, Andrea, Rachel and Charles.
