Jeremy Matthew Captain

Captain, Jeremy Matthew age 34, died suddenly on October 20, 2012. He was beloved. He is survived by children Chaem, Silas, Cordelia and Jack and by loving Fiance' Jane Hays and children Kaitlyn and Joshua Hays. He is also survived by loving mother Melinda Captain Green, sisters Erin and Megan, niece Cassidy Captain, all of Maryville; father, Rick and wife Laura Captain of Florida; grandparents Charles and Juanita Green, Jennie Captain and Charlie Humphreys. Aunt Debbie, Uncle Mark, cousin,"brother" Zach Green have been a great influence and support. He will be sorely missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and a multitude of friends. He loved and cherished his extended family and attended St Luke's United Methodist Church. Thank You ,Jesus, for your loving saving grace. The family will receive friends 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Thursday ,October 25 at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel with Memorial Service at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. Steve Johnson and Dr. Ken Sprinkle officiating.
