Not sure what to say?

I was a fellow music student at Manchester College with Jeremy. I remember so many great things about him, not the least of which is the particular way he enunciated "Nick Bond!" when I had occasion to say something he found shocking/amusing. He was a gentleman, a good friend, an excellent trombonist (he came to dinner at my parents house, and we played bass opera arias as I accompanied on the piano). He had a laugh it was irresistable to elicit, which I have missed.

Jeremy was one...

I was shocked and saddened upon reading of Jeremy's passing in the recent Manchester Magazine. Jeremy was so kind and was so easy to look up to in A Cappella Choir and in the history department. I especially treasure the memories of his fantastic senior recital, after which Chris Beyer and I were invited along with the family to Pizza Hut, and of his graduation party. We will all miss him very much.

Dear Jane and family,
I was so saddened and shocked to learn of the death of your son. I am so sorry for you loss. From looking at some of the other entries I am learning what a wonderful and talented man he was. I am so sorry.

Dear Dawkins family,
As a member of the NSO, I want to express my condolences to you. I'm so sorry about your lost, and it's our lost as well. Jeremy has done a great job with the symphony as a librarian, he is alway helpful to everybody.... more importantly, he is a nice person, quiet, but kind and gentle. We had some nice conversation regarding new houses a few weeks ago and glad I got to know him a little more. He will be missed by all of us.

My condolences

On behalf of the more than 360 orchestra librarians who represent some 240 organizations around the world as members of the Major Orchestra Librarians' Association, I wanted to sign the guest book and offer our deepest sympathies to Jeremy's family, friends, and colleagues at the Nashville Symphony. We were so shocked to hear of Jeremy's death, and feel that we have lost one of our own as well. Jeremy was obviously an intelligent, kind and gentle man, as well as a fine musician and...
