Jeremy Green M.D.

Dr. Green was our personal physician and friend for over 40 years. He knew us, knew our history, and always cared for our health and our feelings. We were so blessed! Our love to Elizabeth and family.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. Dr Green was such a great physician and mentor to many. He will be greatly missed. Dr Green was a great inspiration to many.

Sad news today! My physician of 45 years Dr. Jeremy Green passed away. He was so caring to me from my early days in Green Bay. He was our team physician for the basketball team at The University of Wisconsin Green Bay. I am thankful and blessed that he cared for me through my illnesses and always made me feel special. May He Rest In Peace! Please accept my deepest sympathy! My thoughts and prayers are with Elizabeth, Mark, Chris, Adam, and the family!

Dr.Green was our Dr. From the day he opened practice . A most caring and wonderful man and physician. We are so grateful that we were privileged enough to call ourselves his patients. He joins Dr. Lynn and all those wonderful clinic Drs. Thank you for picking your life’s work to care for all of us.

Many decades ago, when I was a student at Bellin hospital, I had the pleasure of professional consultation. Dr. Green was a mentor to me. I will always have the highest regard and appreciation for the time awarded to me. My condolences to his family.

My deepest condolences to Dr. Green's loved ones. I had the privilege of working with Dr. Green many years ago when I was a nurse at St. Vincent's. He was a brilliant physician who shared his knowledge, compassion and kindness with everyone.

Dr. Green was my doctor from 1970 up to the time of his retirement. He was a wonderful doctor and a wonderful person!! He was my friend!! My heartfelt sympathy goes out to his family!!

Dr. Green was my physician for many, many years. He was the most kind, trustworthy person I have ever met. I was privileged to have known him for forty years and will greatly miss him. God bless Dr. Green and his family.
