Favian, Matthew & Lindsay, we love you all so much and we wish we were there with you to share this sad time. We loved Jeremy and we will miss our "Martha Stewart". Please look after one another and just love each other. I know Jeremy is smiling down at you all! Love and deepest sympathies.
