When I first met Jeremy, over 20 years ago, he was a child. I have enjoyed seeing him grow into a man, a wonderful kind man. I will sorely miss him and his warm smile and eyes. I truly consider him as one of my patient's whom I treasure. My deepest sympathy to his family whom I have known for a very long time.
