Jeremy was born on June 3, 1977 and passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018. Jeremy was a resident of New Creek, West Virginia at the time of passing. In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Virgil and Vada Miner and Donnie and Maude Shrout and two uncles, Thomas Miner and Dale Houdersheldt. "Noodle" or "Jake" as he was affectionately known by family and friends since middle school, was a 1995 graduate of Keyser High School and the Mineral County Vocational Technical Center.
