I was most saddened to learn of Jeris passing. At St. Marys she was my student in a Philosophy class. She was a very impressive woman in many ways.Jeri had an elegant graciousness about her. And she exhibited formidable analytical powers in her spoken and her written contributions. The news of Jeri's passing was heart breaking. I cannot imagine a kinder or more thoughtful person. She was my idea of a beautiful lady.

Jeri was such a special person. I am so glad to have known her these last 5 years at UWGP. My heart is heavy. May memories and time bring comfort to the Chapman family.

So very sad to see this. She was much too young. I worked with Jeri and remember many pleasant, interesting conversations with her. May her family find comfort and peace.
