Dear Joe and family.
Our heart does out to you and your family during this difficult time. All the Schwarm family spoke so warmly of Jeri. She will be missed by all.

I knew Jeri several years ago. I have many fond memories of her. My prayers go out to her family and friends. God Bless

My sincere sympathy to the Schwarm and Chaves families. I was a friend of Jeri's in high school and her LaCrosse days. I have great memories and pictures that I will treasure forever. She was a fun loving, full of life person. I will always remember her with a smile and laughter, we had great fun together. She will be missed by many.

On behalf of the entire staff at Freedom... I offer you our deepest sympathies and condolences. We were absolutely shocked when we heard about Jeri.
You have all been such wonderful people to see on a daily basis and Jeri was just wonderful to us all. We will all deeply miss her.
