Jeri L. Scruggs

Dear Scruggs family, I grew up with Jeri when she and her parents lived next door to me on Westaire Way in Ann Arbor. My mother was often ill and Jeri's mom helped her out several times. It was from this caring that we became friends. Jeri was also a caring and kind person with many friends. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. May God be with you all at this time.
