Miz Georgia, Gwen, Bernard, Charles and the entire Isom and Reese Families: I am truly sadden to learn of the passing of one my favorite Maysville people, my neighbor and friend of many years. Elbert will be dearly missed. When my father, Lee Benjamin, got sick Elbert was there to lend a willing hand.
