Dear Rick and Jody, May your cherished memories of happier times together get you though each day. We enjoyed Jermiah's trips down to the Dairy Farm! Our thoughts and prayers always, Mike,Lisa,Donovan,Siobhan and Porter Sullivan

Jermiah was my workout partner in high school wrestling. He was a kind, soft-spoken, hard-working young man. I'll miss him very much and regret that I won't have the opportunity to enjoy his friendship in years to come.

The news of Jermiah's sudden passing stunned us as a family and a community. Jermiah taught me a little something many years ago. Something I'll carry in my heart the rest of my life. He will be forever remembered in our house, and we'll carry fond memeries of Jermiah. Our condolences to the family. God bless.
