Jerry led an exemplary Cornell ILR life, a truly inspiring spirit to generations of alumni, as well as those ILR students who were fortunate to meet him at ILR´s annual Alpern Award event. I am so sorry to learn of Jerry's death. During my 40 years at the ILR School and Cornell, Jerry was the most loyal alum I ever met. He had the greatest sense of humor, and applied it usefully in all settings. With condolences to the family, Ron Seeber
