Jerome, always a great friend. I am sure that Peter Karam, Stach and Jerome are cruisin a Main street somewhere out there.

My condolences to the birdie, family, Jerry and I were lifetime friends about 70 years.We shared so many good times and laughs that I could write a book.He was more than a friend.I think of him as a brother.He was always around for me and my family if we needed him rest in peace, my friend.I'm sure that there is A track up there to keep you happy.God bless you love you

My condolences to the Berte family. Jerry was a childhood friend. His family rented from my parents on Columbia Terrace in Springfield. The Bette´s were a wonderful family. The last time I saw Jerry was when he was a postman delivering in a building on 95 State St. I had my 4 year old daughter with me. That was many years ago. We caught up with each other´s lives. He was always a sweet person. I have many fond memories of our growing up years. Rest in peace old friend.

To the Berte family, So sorry to hear of Jerry's passing. Remember Jerry from the od Boy's club on Chestnut st,Emily bill park,Franklin st and Donnies. Jerry was a great guy and always ask his advise when it came to cars. In the last few years I would have coffee with him at Dunkin donuts. May he rest in peace.
