Jerry and I were the closest of friends during our years at City, and for some years thereafter while Jerry was a student at Maryland and I was a student at Hopkins. I remember him with great fondness: he was a good soul in every way. I am sure that he is missed. Jules Kirsch

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of such a dear man who brightened any room he was in.
I had the honor of knowing him for nearly 30 years and he was a Mench in every sense of the word. Condolences go out to the entire family and may his memory bring happy memories for generations to come.
