To the Carter Family,
I extend my condolences on the loss of my friend and brother Jerome. Playing high school football against him and Stacey was competitive and special. From those times, we grew a great friendship that has lasted over 30 years. The last time i seen him was at a football game. We hugged and laughed like ol times. R.I.P my brother Scrap Iron.
