I am one of the children of the late Lottie Bank Voit and Robert (Bob) Voit.
My siblings (Larry and Barbara) and I always admired Jerome for all the outstanding and courageous work he did.
Our sincere condolences to you all.

So sorry to hear of the death of Buddy Cooper. We are neighbors of his in Mentone and thoroughly enjoyed his visits here and the many times he would stop in for a cup of tea with us.

I had the pleasure of serving on the Mental Health Association with Buddy Cooper during the early 1990's. It was a pleasure to know him and to witness his passion for standing up for the under dog. He had a wonderful sense of humor - often saying he would be at the next meeting if he could, but also saying, "At my age you are afraid to even buy green bananas!"
