I met Jerome in 1968 on a Grey Hound bus headed to Wilberforce University. We along with 40 other students from the Low Country area instantly became connected as life long friends.
Jerome was an amazing person. Not only was he my line brother but a true friend and comrade. Rest in Peace my Brother. FIETTS!

I am truly saddened by Jerome's death. Jerome “ Boobe Nash” was more than just a friend; He was my Fraternity Brother and college roommate . Boobe was an amazing person. He was always full of laughter and fun. It was pleasantry to be around him. A good friend and a sturdy tree of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity will be missed.
