Not sure what to say?

Hello, my name is Kathy Riley. My dad Richard Riley was Dr. Handler's xray tech for years. Again I'm sorry to hear of Dr. Handler's passing he took great care of my family. I was trying to reach Mrs. Handler to let her know of my dad's passing. Mrs. Handler worked for a time at the office and my dad adored her and said she had a great sense of humor. I hope all is well. You can contact me at [email protected]

I was thinking of Dr. Handler so I thought, "I'll google him" I'm very sorry to hear he passed. My dad was Dr. Handler's X-Ray tech for many years. Dr. Handler took great care of my family showing great compassion and able to put people at ease. I remember him always smiling. That's how I'll remember him. If you have any questions you can email me at: [email protected]

Way back in 1964 he came to my home (yes he would actually come to your home, it was called a house-call) to check on me because my pediatrician diagnosed my illness as the flu, it was not the flu but a ruptured appendix. We immediately drove to the hospital down the street and I had emergency surgery. Dr. Handler truly saved my life!

I just learned about Dr. Handler’s passing. My heartfelt condolences go out to the entire family. He was my doctor for most of my adult life. What a wonderful man. He will be missed.

Dr. Handler was the best! Always took my calls, gave great care and advice to me on life, love and loss for close to 40 years. RIP

He was present in my life since I was born, and has always been a great role model, teacher and healer. I'm thankful for his friendship and kindness. He'll always be an inspiration.

Sending love at a time of great loss and celebration of a rich and glorious life. Much love too you all Jane xxx

Jerry Handler was much more then a talented physician. He was a kind and caring person who developed a genuine bond with his patients. My sincere condolences to his family for the loss of a wonderful man.

Jerry and I were running buddies from the Leaning Tower Y. Because of this experience, he became our doctor. As a friend, he was intelligent and fun to be with; as a doctor, he was caring, asked questions about the whole family, and has been very hard to replace. The world has lost a unique and wonderful human being.
