Dear Peggy,
Joan joins me in extending our deepest feelings to you and your family in this difficult time. It was an honor and a privilege to have known Jerome for so many years. We shared many good conversations and had many laughs together during that time. He was a true gentleman and I will always remember his great smile. He was very courageous in his battle with medical adversity. I truly loved him.

Another one of our Lincoln Homes family and angels has left us. We had a great time growing up together in Lincoln Homes. I was very close to Jerry and his family growing up. I was also sorry to hear of the passing of his father. Love and blessings to the entire Harris family. Love you, Lenora (Lenny Miller) Wilson, Lanham, MD

Jerry Harris was a truly lovely man, a classy gentleman with a kind word for everyone. Many years after I stopped working with Mr. Harris at Trenton High, he still called one a year on July 8 to sing me Happy Birthday. That's the kind of thoughtful man he was. Somehow the world is a lesser place for me knowing that Jerome Harris is no longer there. My deepest sympathies to Peggy & the rest of his dear family.
