To the family of MSgt Hatfield: My name is Brandon Arnold and I served with Jerome in 2D LAR BN and was on his final two deployments. He was loved and respected by all and had a impact on me personally as well as professionally. I tell his story to young Marines every chance I can to teach and inspire true leadership. I am blessed to have known him and pray his legacy will live on in our Corps.
