Not sure what to say?

I miss my boss, mentor and friend. My thoughts are with Isabelle.

I'm fortunate to count Jerry among my friends, and as a source of personal inspiration. We met some 20 years into his retirement, as he continued to share his wisdom and experience through his professional affiliations. I'll miss sitting together every spring and fall at WGLO meetings in New York.

Condolences to Isabelle and family members. Jerome was honored with a lifetime award by the Lawyers' Committee at an event in NYC where I also was recognized for Mississippi Hurricane Katrina response work. It was a joy to learn that so distinguished a lawyer as Mr. Hyman sprang from Mississippi Delta soil. They Hymans some years later welcomed me to their home and I have fond memories of that visit.

I got to know my cousin, Jerry, only in the past couple of years by email. He was enthusiastic to share Reib family history with me and I had looked forward to meeting him in person someday. His grandmother and my great grandfather were siblings. Rest in peace dear cousin. My condolences to his widow, nieces and nephews.

And so passes earthly glory. RIP Uncle Jerry and love to Isabelle.

Jerry Hyman was a beloved mentor and role model for generations of Cleary Gottlieb associates. I count myself as very fortunate to be one of them. Jerry was a consummate lawyer, a kind and thoughtful colleague and a wonderful friend. I will miss him dearly

My deepest condolences to Isabelle-he was a wonderful man and a true southern gentleman.

I am saddened to learn about Jerry who was an important
Influence on my career at PLI. My heart goes out to Isabelle who was so important to and supportive of Jerry. After we both retired we continued to meet and Jerry always surprised me with the breadth of his knowledge. I shall miss him.
