Not sure what to say?

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of loss. Jerry and I had the pleasure of helping some of our kids on a few trips to Chicago Shriners together. The world has lost a very kind and caring person. Bud Volkmer, South Brookfield, Nova Scotia

Dear Juanita--I wrote a message yesterday and see that I didn't sign it. I will contact you when I get home in June from Malaysia--with love and prayers--Margaret

Uncle Jerry and Aunt Juanita were so wonderful to the "Blasdell kids". They accepted us as their family with open arms and kind hearts. It would be difficult to find two finer people. Thank you for your love, and for being living examples of faith on this earth. Uncle Jerry's hugs will be missed, especially at the Friday fish frys.

Jerry and I were golf partners, Union brothers, and friends. Jerry was incredible when it came to helping others. I remember collecting pennies for him, distributing Old Newsboys Christmas packages with him, and his tireless work on the Community Services committee at work. Our late UAW President, Walter Reuther must have had Jerry in mind when he said "There is no greater calling than to serve your fellow man, There is no greater contribution than to help the weak. There is no greater...

Grandpa, some of my sweetest memories were when you were near. My favorite scent is still the old spice...when I smell that anywhere I am reminded of you. I remember your laugh, your smile. Prayers to Grandma Lokken. We love you.

Wow! Im shocked that such a great person is gone. Jerry was a very very nice man and i know growing up going to church every sunday morning. Him and his wife would make the best breakfest in the world! Mostly the pancakes! :) Jerry will be missed! I just cant believe that he is gone. God only takes the best. I know jerry is watching over all of us making sure we are good. Love you jerry! :)

Words cannot ever fully express the love I have for this man. Jerry Lokken was one of the most incredible men I have ever known. It was a no-brainer for me to make Jerry Corps Seargent Major in the Flint Tabernacle Salvation Army. Jerry... God has inherited not only a great Shriner, a great husband, a great father, a great grandfather... he also inherited a beautiful angel. I miss you and love you much.

Jerry was a shining example of love and compassion. He was faithful, hardworking and a true friend. Juanita you are in our prayers.

Dear Juanita and family--I am so sorry to read about Jerry's passing away. We go way way back with you and Jerry and I wish I could be there for you at this time but please know I am there in spirit and prayer for you and the family. I am in Malaysia visiting with Kathy and Larry and won't be back home until June 15
