oh..... I am just finding out now about Jerry's passing. He was my father's best friend and the last of the 'gang' from the Detroit HUD area. I tried calling him today and his phone is disconnected. I googled his name and discovered this obituary. I'm sad to know he's gone but comforted in knowing he's reunited with my father Malcolm Prophit and their other pal Fred Jansen.
