Age 59, passed away Wednesday June 16, 2010. Retired U.S.S. worker with 32 years and 7 months of service. He Attended Roosevelt High School Class of 1969. Survived by his loving wife and soulmate, Denise Ivey-Truss; brother, Leon Truss; sisters, Celestine (Verba) Kirksey, Barbara (George) Fields all of Chicago, IL; sister-in-law, Gwendolyn Rimmer of Gary, IN; nephews, Le-Adra Truss of Ohio, Maurice and Raymond Rimmer of Gary, IN; nieces, Bonita Robinson, Marpessa and Raunisha Chase of Gary, IN, Arlita (Anthony) Harris of Indianapolis, IN; godson, Russell Chase of Gary, IN and a host of grand and great-grand nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by parents, Samuel and Lagusta Truss; brothers, Samuel Jr. and Frederick Truss. Visitation will by Monday, June 21, 2010 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
