Read MoreMy condolences to Mr. Sims family and extended family. I was one of his many students who studied under his CPA Exam Preparation Course. He was an excellent instructor and motivator. Had it not been for Mr. Sims, I would've never been able to pass the CPA exam. He was easy to talk to and always offered a word of encouragement. May his soul rest in eternal peace.

i just learned of his passing.
He was a great confidant, i could
go to him for advice on any of lifes
problems, including accounting.
where o where will i find another such
skilled person in all of lifes problems
to his family, he was really a fine
