Jerry, Roni, Mike, Mark S. & Steve-Canfield Fair

Roni and Karen,

Sorry to hear of Jerry's passing...as he was a great friend, Frat Brother (Phi Sigma Kappa) and Brother-In-Law to me. We shared many exciting times, at our houses, the lake house, his wedding to Veronica, the golf course, which we still remember as thought it was yesterday, the Canfield Fair (picture attached) or just waiting at Louie's in downtown Niles, for Henri and Roni to return from a competition...My fondest memory was while we lived in Pittsburgh. Jerry shared his mom Mary with us on many occasions at our home. Now, we miss them both. Many of us guys who married the Caruso girls enjoyed a beer or two, Jerry was no exception. On one notable occasion in Hartville we (the brothers-in-law) decided to play golf after having some beer. Jerry became a legend that day..he made us laugh like we never had before. Rest in Peace my brother! My deepest condolences to all his family and friends.

Ahhh, a contagious laugh has been silenced, but not in our hearts. Jerry will always be remembered with such fondness. Our condolences to Frank & Karen. Veronica, I know from our many conversations you never stopped loving Jerry. Please feel our love and prayers.

God bless,
Kathy Picciano

I remember Jerry fondly - he was a big old teddy bear. He and Roni had me to stay and I will not forget how much fun we had (this was almost 35 years ago!)

Dear Veronica, I was so sad to hear about Jerry. We always had such good times with the two of you. I'm sure he will be missed. Sincerely, Kathy (Waddell) Irilli

Jerry and Roni together

Karen & Frank, My sorrow is very deep. Our friends and family here in OH & PA are sad at his passing and have been very supportive of me in my time of grief. We met our first day of college and shared 50 yrs together. Whether near or far we never lost our love for each other.
Always, Veronica Caruso Dorulla

Sorry to hear about Jerry's passing, he was a great man and friend to a lot of people. I only worked with him a short while at CY but he touched me very deeply and was proud to call him friend. He will always be the "Coffee Tsar" to me. He will be missed by many. May God bless you and keep you safe during your difficult time.
