He was born March 10, 1937, in Tipton, Okla.
Funeraria del Angel/Kammann Mortuary was in charge of cremation arrangements at Desert Lawn Memorial Park Crematory.

I am so sorry for our loss... We were able to visit just recently and I stood next to Jerry and told him a bunch of jokes. He seemed to enjoy them. Forever in our thoughts and hearts......He will be missed....RIP....
