Jerry Roosevelt Appling

Many Saturday nights I have had the pleasure of meeting with Jerry & friends at what we called John B’s place to play music & enjoy his love for music, talk about cars, family & he always spoke of Ethan, his grandson who was playing guitar. Made him very proud.
I know I will miss Jerry, his music, and his friendship.
He may have lost the battle on earth, but he won the war in heaven, I’m sure he’s playing and singing in that great gospel band. Miss you my friend !!!

Brother, sorry to hear about your Dad. His journey has been completed. He has made it to his Long Home. We will join them after while. May the God of Jehovah comfort and strengthen each one of you in this time of need.

I am glad I had the opportunity to meet Jerry. Such a sweet humble interesting man. I always enjoyed our talks. He will be missed by so many.
