We only lived next to Jerry for about a year and a half, but in that short amount of time it was clear to see how much he meant to everyone and why. He was always there with a welcoming smile and a hearty conversation. He was a neighborhood staple sitting on his chair in the front lawn. Always made us feel at home. I will remember him every warm sunny day that I walk out of my house.
