Remembering Jerry often and grateful that he gave us Jana as a daughter to love as she loves our son Trey and our grandchildren Ivy and Hoke. Jerry was always jovial, caring, helpful, kind. He is indeed missed!

Vonne, Jana, and Julie, we want you to know that we grieve with you for the loss of Jerry. I know it is so encouraging to read all of the guest book messages and how much Jerry impacted many lives. He will be missed so much by so many. Love to all of you!

Jerry Be the a will always be one of my favorite people. When you lose a loved one you want to describe the loss and the hole left behind. In Jerry's case, the loss is simple, but huge. He was a warm and stable presence with no phoniness or pretense. He loved simply, but deeply. He taught us the way and the value of face-value love. Thanks for being a "sermon in shoes" on how to love well.
