Not sure what to say?

Jerry was a personal friend of mind and he and I always had a great time and matched wits. He had me on his show and I got a tour of the show and was on camera asking a question to a gust comedian. He came to visit the sign shop I worked in and we would have constant laughing and joking.

BER-wyn?!?!?!?!?!?! Miss you Jer!

I was sorry for your loss. I was a fan of Jerry Bishop during his Svengoolie days at WFLD in Chicago during the early '70's. He made my Friday nights more enjoyable with the bad movies and the jokes they would crack during the movie. I even met him once at a small hot dog stand in Half Day, Illionis but I was to "star struck" to say I recognized him. My condolences for your loss.

Blessings,

Jerry

I met Jerry in Chicago and have never forgotten him, he always had time for people.
He was a major talent in Chicago radio and a wonderful man. I will miss him.

I did not know that Jerry G Bishop died. I was a fan of his. What Highschool did he go to and where did he live. So sorry that he is gone.

He was good man.

I grew up in Cleveland and listened to his show every night during high school.
He and Jay Lawrence cracked me up.

Jerry G Bishop made me want to be a disc jockey so I
could have a much fun as he had on the radio, but when he hosted Screaming Yellow Theater, I realized that Jerry G could have a great time no matter where he worked - a great personality and a wonderful entertainer. God bless you, Jerry G Bishop

Jerry will be missed by all the viewers and listeners in San Diego and by all the other wonderful talent that he worked with throughout his memorable career. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
